Joshna comes from a background in retail through family owned business as well as various major retail stores. It was whilst working in retail and meeting customers that Joshna began thinking about someday owing her own food and beverage business. Joshna has always had a passion for cooking especially baking. So when one day an opportunity to take over the Robert Harris Coffee shop in Kings Road Pukekoke came up, it was both a dream come true and a calling.

Now, 12 years later Joshna still travels daily from south Auckland to Pukekohe. Customers have now become like family as have the much value staff. As a team, the staff at Robert Harris work together and for each other to serve the local community who have come to speak fondly their favourite local coffee stop.
