We've obviously been busy creating our new look, but we didn't stop there. Here's what else is new:

Fairness for everyone

March 2010 

Just like any Kiwi, fairness is something close to our heart.  That’s why at Robert Harris we have proudly created a new Latin American Fairtrade coffee blend, available in beans and espresso grind, adding to our already popular Ethiopian Fairtrade plunger/filter grind. 

Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability and fair terms of trade for farmers, workers and their families in the developing world and today, more than 5 million people across 58 countries benefit from the unique independent Fairtrade system and at Robert Harris we are happy to support this.

Robert Harris’s NEW Latin American Fairtrade coffee beans have been carefully grown and selected from Fairtrade producers.  These beans are then brought back to New Zealand where we carefully roast them to perfection and in turn are able to offer you a coffee with a full-bodied nutty flavour, caramel aroma and blackcurrent notes – sounds like a rewarding experience for everyone.

Robert Harris Scoops up two more awards

February 2010 

Robert Harris scooped up two more awards for its ‘Every Break Should Be Inspirational’ campaign at the RSVP and Nexus Awards held at the Auckland Town Hall on Friday 28th February 2010, including RSVP Craft Award for Best Content Integration and RSVP Craft Award for Best Integration of Media Channels.

The campaign collected inspirations from everyday New Zealanders from 40 Robert Harris Cafes nationwide, with a mix of television, magazine inserts, sampling, online doodles, video banners, online ads, a street-level Adshel art gallery, and a dedicated website.
